TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ARTICLES ACCEPTANCE:

The journal operates under the Diamond Open Access model: all articles are published and distributed free of charge to authors and readers. The journal’s content is available in open access immediately upon publication and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.
The submission, peer review, editorial processing, and publication of articles are free of charge. The editorial board does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the editorial process.
The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its relevance to the journal’s scope, the outcome of peer review, and the scientific quality of the research, and is not influenced by any financial considerations.
All articles are subject to internal anonymous peer review and are plagiarized.
The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The editorial board carefully reviews all cases of plagiarism and reserves the right to reject manuscripts before peer review if violations are detected.
Each manuscript is assessed based on its originality:
If the text originality exceeds 85%, the manuscript may be accepted for consideration.
If the originality is between 75% and 85%, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) for revision, with a recommendation to review the borrowed material and submit a revised version.
If the originality is below 75%, the manuscript is not accepted for consideration.
The journal’s policy also does not permit more than 3% of material from a single source to be used without proper citation.
Types of Articles Accepted by the Journal
The journal publishes only original research that has not been previously published. The editorial team accepts for consideration and publishes the following types of articles:
Empirical article – an article structured according to the IMRAD format, presenting research findings based on primary sources of information: field or laboratory studies, quantitative data, statistical sources, economic indicators, etc. Articles must contain an original interpretation of the analyzed data.
Theoretical article – an article whose structure depends on its content and in which new theoretical provisions are developed and put forward based on an analysis of the scientific literature. Articles may present original theories; refinements, additions, and critiques of existing theoretical constructs and concepts; and the development of methodological approaches.
Case study – a type of scholarly articles that describes a specific case, situation, event, or object, providing a detailed analysis and context for an in-depth examination of a particular phenomenon in order to understand its nature, causes, consequences, and possible solutions.

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
The article must include the following structural elements:
1. UDC (in the upper left corner);
2. article title;
3. last name and initials of the author(s) (no more than 5), the authors’ ORCID IDs (if an author is not registered with ORCID, they must create an account at http://orcid.org/), academic degree, academic title, position, and place of employment (or study), and email address (no more than 3 authors);
4. Abstract and keywords; the abstract must comprise at least 350 words and must not contain abbreviations, footnotes, or references; keywords should include 5–7 items, relevant to the research topic, and they must not duplicate the article title or consist of general terms
5. The main text of the article must follow the IMRAD principle (introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusions):
• Introduction outlines the current state of the issue under consideration on a global scale and analyzes recent studies and publications, citing relevant scholarly journals (7–10 publications) published for the last 3–5 years. It justifies the relevance, purpose, and objectives of the study, as well as its scientific novelty.
• Literature review (optional) contains the findings of researchers who have analyzed specific aspects of the topic under study.
• Materials and Methods – this section describes the main stages of the research and justifies the choice of methods, techniques, approaches, or procedures used. It explains the strategies and criteria for sample selection and specifies the experimental framework of the study. The methodology should provide a complete picture of the research process so that other researchers can replicate it.
• Results and Discussion – this section presents the main research, including a full justification of the results obtained. Tables or graphs are included to present the findings of statistical data analysis. Avoid value judgments, descriptions of the methodology, and direct repetition of data from tables and graphs. The discussion is based on the interpretation of the results and comparisons with the works of other authors (both Ukrainian and foreign, with at least 6–8 sources).
• Conclusions fully and specifically render research findings and correspond to the article’s purpose and title. Verbatim repetition from the abstract is not permitted. Indicate areas for further research.
6.Acknowledgments – a required section which expresses gratitude to specific individuals or organizations for technical assistance, ideas, or financial (material) support. If there are no acknowledgments, indicate “None”;
7. Funding – Authors must list all sources of financial support. If there is no, indicate “None”;
8. Conflict of interest – authors must disclose all potential sources of conflict of interest. If there is no conflict, indicate “None”;
9. References must be provided in English (transliteration is not permitted); sources should be listed in alphabetical order and formatted according to the APA 6th Edition Citation Style (2010). Minimum number of sources: for empirical articles and case studies – at least 20 items; for theoretical articles – at least 40 items. To ensure the quality of scholarly citations, the DOI of each source (if available) must be included in the reference list. The list may not include more than two works by the same author or more than two articles from the same journal or collection.

Technical requirements:
1. Language – English (main). The Ukrainian language is permitted as supplementary for certain elements (title, author information, abstract, keywords) and during the initial stages of the peer-review process prior to the acceptance of the manuscript for publication.
2. Format – MS Word (*.doc, *.docx).
3. Orientation – portrait.
4. Page format – А4.
5. Volume – from 3000 words, review (theoretical) – from 4000 words, case study – from 2500 words.
6. Font– Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, all margins – 2 cm, line spacing – 1,5, paragraph indention – 1,25 (avoid using use the Tab key or spaces to create paragraph indents), text justification – full justification.
7. Citations should be placed in parentheses “()”, for example: (Ivanenko, 2023) or (Smith, 2020)/ “H. Holub (2021) noted in his work…” Do not cite more than 3 sources in a single reference.
8. Figures, tables, graphs, and formulas must be numbered and presented after they are referenced in the text (captions are placed directly below the table/figure/graph). Figures and graphs are centered; text wrapping around images is not permitted. All abbreviations must be defined upon their first mention in the text. Formulas are created using the Equation Editor; mathematical variables in the text are in italics. All dimensions of physical quantities are presented in accordance with the International System of Units (SI). A space is placed between units of measurement, symbols, and numbers.
PROHIBITION OF USING SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF THE OCCUPYING COUNTRY
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
